Pork :: Tenderloin

The pork equivilent of fillet, tenderloin is one of the leanest meats available and very low in saturated fat.
Since there's very little fat on tenderloin, a small amount can go along way, particularly in stir-fry dishes, or cut and flattened as medallions. Be careful not to overcook when roasting, as this will cause the meat to dry out. Approximate weight 400g per pack.
