All our pork is locally reared on and around Dartmoor. Sourced from local farms it is sweet, moist and succulent, with delicious crispy crackling. We actively support our rural farming community. It is our central objective to provide our customers with nothing short of the very best quality and service that there is to offer. The majority of our Pork is hung for 2-3 days to maximise flavour and vacuum sealed to maintain the delisious fresh tender taste.
