Our traditionally reared pork is sweet, moist and succulent, with delicious crispy crackling. All produce is sourced from local farms to actively support our rural farming community. Our bacon, traditionally cured and smoked by ourselves, contains no added water and has a reasonable amount of ‘cooking fat’. This allows the lean meat to retain its best flavours and crisp up in a way that has been lost with modern mass produced bacon.
